The Hall Group currently owns Hall Park, a $7 billion project in Frisco. Since breaking ground in the late 1990s, Hall Park is home to more than 200 companies across more than a dozen buildings. Plans now call for a new 10-story building at 2801 Network Blvd. totaling about 677,278 square feet. The project carries an estimated price tag of more than $139 million and could wrap up by early 2028. More details are expected to follow this spring.

The Dallas Business Journal reports Hall has a multi-year plan to add another 9.5 million square feet. Recent additions include Kaleidoscope Park, The Monarch apartment tower, the 224-room Hall Park Hotel, and The Tower, a 16-story office building at 6605 Warren Pkwy. The campus makes up 162 acres.
