Hako San Café & Bar Coming to Downtown Kirkland
Cordillera Homes announced that Hako San Café & Bar, a new hospitality concept from local coffee and hospitality entrepreneur Alen Fikic, has signed a lease to become the anchor retail tenant at Central Peak Residences, a boutique collection of 26 condominiums in the heart of downtown Kirkland. The Central Peak location is planned to open in 2027.
Hako San will occupy the largest of Central Peak’s two ground-floor commercial spaces, at approximately 3,060 square feet, bringing an all-day café and cocktail bar experience to residents, guests, and the surrounding downtown Kirkland community.
Blending Japanese culinary influences with the relaxed, linger-a-while character of a European café, Hako San will offer specialty coffee, Japanese- and European-inspired food and bakery selections, as well as by wine and cocktails. Located just steps from Marina Park, Kirkland Urban, the Cross-Kirkland Corridor and the Lake Washington waterfront, Central Peak will comprise just 26 single-level condominium residences ranging from approximately 1,150 to 2,415 square feet.
