Hakes Brothers Ready to Develop Mountain Hawk Estates

New Mexico homebuilder Hakes Brothers unveiled its third housing development in the Albuquerque metro area. Hakes Brothers at Mountain Hawk Estates, in Rio Rancho, NM, will offer 80 single-family homes, with prices starting at less than $230,000. The development is at 4478 Golden Eagle Loop NE, just off U.S. 550.

Families living in the community will be served by Rio Rancho Public Schools. Residents will also be close to parks, trails and shopping, as well as views of the Sandia Mountains.

Hakes Brothers, headquartered in Las Cruces, has developed two other local housing communities: Lomas Encantadas in Rio Rancho, and Durango at the Trails in Albuquerque.
