Hackensack Meridian Signs with Simone for Medical Office Space

Hackensack Meridian Health has signed a new long-term lease of 5,111 square feet of medical office space at Simone Development Companies’ 385 Prospect Ave. in Hackensack, NJ, bringing the property to 97% occupancy. The building’s last remaining spaces are comprised by two 1,100-square-foot medical offices on the ground floor.

The lease was arranged by Josh Gopan, AVP of leasing for Simone Development Companies and Patrick Eichner of Avison Young.

“We are thrilled to provide New Jersey’s largest health network with state-of-the-art medical office space at 385 Prospect Ave.,” said Gopan. “Hackensack Meridian Health can rest assured they will be operating from premier medical offices in a property providing first-in-class amenities such as valet parking and onsite management. We have developed a facility that is representative of the high quality of care visitors expect to receive from tenants like Hackensack Meridian Health.”
