Haberman to End Hold on 870K-SF Campbell Centre

Haberman & Haberman is ready to end its three-year hold on Campbell Centre, an 870,000-square-foot, two-building office center on Dallas’ north side. The Manhattan owner hired CBRE to find a buyer for the twin towers, which are best known for their gold exterior. The buildings at 8150-8350 N. Central Expwy. were among the first in Dallas with mirrored glass.

The owner acquired the 20-story office buildings in 2016 for $126 million, and has spent its hold time in upgrading the buildings with a new tenant lounge, re-design of existing stairs, floor and wall finishes and a new grill and coffee bar.

Campbell Centre is 80% leased to national and regional tenants.  The first tower was built in 1972, using glass with a microscopic coating of real gold. The second building came online in 1977. Also nearby is a Doubletree by Hilton Dallas-Campbell Centre, which is not included in the sale.
