H-E-B Turning Dirt in Manor
Construction is underway on Manor’s first H-E-B near the intersection of Hwy. 290 and FM 873. The 101,000-square-foot store is expected to cost $26 million to build and open in late 2025. The Manor H-E-B will provide customers with an expanded product selection along with services and features, including Pharmacy pick-up spaces, a large Curbside area, a seven-pump fuel station, and a car wash.
Manor H-E-B will also feature the following:
- Full-service bakery
- Sushiya department, offering freshly made sushi, noodle bowls and more
- Meal Simple area
- Texas Front Porch, offering plants and outdoor furniture
