H-E-B grocery company, headquartered in San Antonio, is getting ready to build a new store at 715 S. Exposition Blvd., in West Austin. The company is taking over space once occupied by a Randall’s Grocery Store and when completed in 2021, the new store will total 110,000 square feet. Construction on the H-E-B Lake Austin is scheduled to launch in October.

The multi-level store will offer a coffee shop, full-service pharmacy, expanded beer and wine department, full-service meat market and seafood counter, and the company’s largest Dinner Tonight selections. Also on tap will be H-E-B Curbside and Home Delivery, as well as a True Texas BB! Restaurant. Underground parking will be pedestrian-friendly, with upgrades also on tap to Exposition Boulevard and 7th Street.
