GXO Logistics Expands Lease at Bomarc Business Park
Cushman & Wakefield has represented BOSA Development in fully leasing a 468,000-square-foot manufacturing/distribution building at Bomarc Business Park in Everett, WA. The tenant is GXO Logistics Supply, which has expanded its existing footprint by 35% in addition to extending its lease term.
“It is great to have re-secured a leading global supply chain tenant to not only fill but also recommit themselves to the building for a longer period of time,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Tom Wilson, who represented the landlord along with the firm’s Taylor Hudson and Ben Conwell. “This lease is reflective of the ongoing demand we continue to see for well-located and functional industrial product in the Puget Sound region.”
Situated on over 30 acres on Airport Road, the building features clear heights from 24’ to 27’, dock and grade loading, office space to support dense occupancy, 673 parking stalls and ESFR sprinklers.
