Gwen Leurini Joins Marcus Partners as Principal, CFO & CCO
Gwen Leurini has been appointed principal, chief financial officer, and chief compliance officer at Marcus Partners, a real estate investment, management, and development firm. Leurini will also serve on the firm’s Management Committee and chair the Compliance & Risk Committee.
With 17 years of experience at AEW Capital Management, Leurini brings a wealth of knowledge in financial management and investor reporting for real estate assets. She is a Certified Public Accountant and began her career at PwC. “Gwen brings a broad range of experience to our firm, gained across the commercial real estate and investment fields,” said Patrick Sousa, chief operating officer and head of capital at Marcus Partners.
Leurini is an active volunteer for NEADS, a local non-profit organization specializing in training service dogs to support individuals with physical disabilities, veterans, children with autism, and those requiring therapeutic assistance.
