Guthrie Development Hires Industry Veteran Dane Rowland

Guthrie Development Company, an Irvine, CA-based commercial real estate investment and management firm, has appointed Daniel “Dane” Rowland as Commercial Property and Business Association Manager. According to a news release, the hire is part of the company’s commitment to ongoing strategic growth.

In his now role, Rowland will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations for properties owned by both Guthrie Development and the business associations that Guthrie Asset Management manages.

“Dane’s extensive commercial real estate expertise has been honed by his long tenure with Irvine Company, enabling him to bring a wealth of knowledge to the table for our firm and our clients,” said Rob Guthrie, President at Guthrie Development.

“Guthrie Development is recognized as a powerhouse in the Orange County market and is a well respected entity,” said Rowland. “I’m eager to help the company continue to grow and make an even greater impact on this industry.”
