Gus Field Joins Tishman Speyer as Head of New York Leasing
Gus Field has joined Tishman Speyer as head of New York leasing after three decades with Cushman & Wakefield, where he began his career. Field moves over to Tishman Speyer on May 1.
“This is an incredible opportunity, and I am excited to be working with the leasing team on the iconic buildings Tishman Speyer owns and is actively developing,” said Field. At Cushman & Wakefield, Tri-state Region President John Santora said Field’s colleagues there “wish him all the best as he embarks on this new adventure with Tishman Speyer.”
Over the course of 30 years, Field has represented tenants in virtually every business sector. He’s among a handful of brokers in the industry who not only have remained with one firm over that timespan, but have worked with the same business partners, Cushman & Wakefield’s John Cefaly and Rob Lowe, as well.
