Gurnee Condos Trade in Off-Market Deal

Inland Real Estate Commercial Brokerage has completed the sale of Deer Creek Condominiums, a 58-unit residential property in the northern suburb of Gurnee, IL. The pricing was not disclosed; the buyer was a private investment group.

Paul Montes and Eric Spiess, SVPs with Inland, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the sellers, Deer Creek Venture Corporation, an Illinois corporation, and Condo Opportunities Corporation, an Illinois corporation. Both are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Inland National Development Company.

Montes noted that the off-market sale was “with a buyer that we have an existing relationship with.”

Located at 1600-1800 Wedgewood Dr. in Gurnee, the condo complex consists of one and two-bedroom units providing a variety of community amenities including a clubhouse with a fitness center, an outdoor pool, tennis courts, a large sports field and nearby walking and biking trails.
