Gulf Relay Significantly Expands Dallas Footprint
A recent lease by Gulf Relay brings its total network in DFW to 460,000 square feet and its U.S. network to 700,000-plus square feet. The third-party logistics provider signed a lease for an additional 350,150-square-foot space located at Crossroads Trade Center 1 in South Dallas. Currently operating out of Coppell and based in Clinton, MS, the move significantly expands the company’s Dallas footprint.
“This is a key strategic growth milestone accomplishment for Gulf Relay,” said Scott Fleener, Gulf Relay’s chief supply chain officer. “We are extremely focused on our customer’s needs and delivering optimal supply chain solutions. Gulf Relay is laser-focused on executing as a seamless integrated element of our customers’ supply chain through services and technology.”
The Colliers industrial team of Ward Richmond and James Ewing represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield team members Kurt Griffin and Nathan Orbin represented the landlord. Clarion Partners team members, Jack Stamets and Andy Lowe were also involved in the transaction.
