Gulf Pacific Rice Remains on Northwest Side

Gulf Pacific Rice opted to renew its 64,175-square-foot industrial lease on Houston’s far northwest side. The rice processor and distributor is remaining in place at 5700 Campbell Rd. at Northwest Industrial Business Park. Jake Wilkinson with NAI Partners represented the tenant in negotiating with landlord Sealy & Co., which is headquartered in Shreveport, LA and Dallas.

Gulf Pacific Rice has been in business for 25 years as the preferred miller, producer, packager and supplier of rice to retailers, hotels, restaurants, and food-service institutions.

The tenant is occupying part of a 198,899-square-foot property, which delivered in the early 1980s.
