GuildNet Inks 38,000-SF Deal

GuildNet, the insurance affiliate of Lighthouse Guild International Inc., has leased the entire 10th floor and part of the 9th floor at 250 W. 57th St. in New York City. All told, the new tenant will occupy 37,680 square feet.

Landlord Empire State Realty Trust Inc. (ESRT) has commenced extensive renovations to the building, including a new Gensler designed lobby, building entrance, modernized elevator system and cabs, retail storefronts, and cooling tower.

“We are creating five efficient full-floor opportunities with views from Times Square to Central Park by consolidating over 60 suites,” said Thomas P. Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing and operations for ESRT.
