Guidepoint Moves HQ to 675 AOA, Takes Minority Stake

Technology platform Guidepoint is relocating its headquarters to 50,000 square feet at 675 Ave. of the Americas, while also taking a minority stake in the 311,000-square-foot Flatiron District property. GFP Real Estate closed on its acquisition of 675 AOA earlier this month.

Deal terms weren’t disclosed. Department of Finance records indicate the property traded for $89 million.

The acquisition was led by GFP chairman Jeffrey Gural, co-CEOs Eric Gural and Brian Steinwurtzel and the firm’s head of acquisitions, Tom Ortinau. An NKF team led by vice chairmen Dustin Stolly and Jordan Roeschlaub, along with Nick Scribani, Chris Kramer and Paul Talbot, arranged acquisition financing from Signature Bank.

“675 Avenue of the Americas represents a unique combination of historical significance and modernized features, and hosts an impressive roster of tenants, which aligns itself well with many other assets in our portfolio,” said Steinwurtzel. WW International, formerly Weight Watchers, is headquartered there.
