Global lifestyle brand Guess recently signed an 8,000-square-foot lease at 320 North Beverly Dr. in the Golden Triangle in Beverly Hills in a sublease from Nespresso. Guess is relocating from Rodeo Drive.

JLL’s Houman Mahboubi represented the landlord, Dominion Management Corporation. Greg Briest of JLL represented Nespresso in the transaction. Katherine Wilson of CBRE represented Guess.

Neighboring tenants include All Saints, Lululemon, Sandro, Maje, Diptyque, Pottery Barn, Sephora, Laduree, AG Jeans, Scotch & Soda, COS, IRO, ASRV Athletic wear and Erewhon Market.
