Gucci Fills 11K-SF in SoHo

Gucci has reportedly signed a lease to occupy the 10,700-square-foot retail space on the ground floor of 375 West Broadway in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood.

Earlier this year, Beth Rosen, Jackie Totolo and Robert Cohen at RKF had marketed 20,750 square feet of retail space at the building, also known as 63 Wooster St., including 7,500-square-feet of space on the lower level of the five-story, cast-iron building. The asking rent was reportedly $400 per square foot.

“What makes this opportunity so special is that it works for one or more retailers,” said Totolo. “A single tenant can take the entire space and choose to have dual storefronts on Wooster Street and West Broadway, or the space can be divided for two retailers to each have a unique presence and significant frontage.”
