GTT Communications Takes Space at Stonebridge Plaza

GTT Communications inked a deal with KBS Realty Advisors for 44,508 square feet at Stonebridge Plaza I & II. GTT Communications is a telecommunications firm, which currently is at 1835 Kramer Ln. Robbye Schroeder Kirkpatrick of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant in the transaction.

The 386,101-square-foot Stonebridge Plaza I & II is at 9600 and 9606 N. MoPac Expwy. in Austin’s far northwest submarket. The Class A office property consists of two nine-story towers, and offers amenities including a seven-story parking garage and fitness center. KBS Realty, in Newport Beach, CA, acquired Stonebridge Plaza I & II in fall 2017 for a reported $124 million. The owner took out a $90 million first-mortgage loan on the property two months later.
