Grunt Style Relocating HQ to the Alamo City

Grunt Style LLC, which is best-known for producing and selling military and patriotic-themed clothing, announced its intent to relocate its corporate headquarters and clothing factory from Chicago to San Antonio. The company has moved its production line to 1889 Hormel Dr., and will be taking space at 900 Broadway St., in a recently-renovated building owned by Ridgemont Properties Inc.

The building, which delivered in 1935, consists of 38,715 square feet across three levels. Jonathan Collins and Gary Stephens with Valor Commercial Real Estate brokered the lease transaction on behalf of Ridgemont Properties. By the end of 2018, 85 people will be working at the Broadway office, including local hires.
