Grower-Occupied Warehouse Sells in Indianapolis

Colliers International recently closed the sale of 2301 Churchman Ave., a two building, 52,336-square-foot temperature-controlled bio farm & pack warehouse facility on the southeast side of Indianapolis. Terms of the sale weren’t disclosed.

VP Alex Cantu and senior director Alex Davenport with Colliers International of Indianapolis facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, Patterson Holdings. The property was purchased by a private buyer based out of California.

2301 Churchman is 100% leased to Shenandoah Growers, a leading grower and marketer of fresh, organic culinary herbs. The property was extensively renovated in 2018 to serve as Shenandoah Growers’ Midwestern regional hub.
