Grove Property Group has sold two multifamily buildings in Boston’s Beacon Hill and North End neighborhoods. The properties at 35 Grove Street and 5 Battery Street fetched $6.7 million and $3.6 million, respectively.  

The Beacon Hill property is a multifamily building with nine two-bedroom and one one-bedroom units. While the North End property features three three-bedroom units, one two-bedroom unit, and two one-bedroom units.
