Grove Property Group Closes Off-Market Residential Sale in North End 

Grove Property Group has announced the off-market sale of 21 Cleveland Place, a 10-unit residential asset in Boston’s North End, for $4.725 million. The name of buyer and seller were not disclosed.

The property is located within walking distance of downtown Boston. The sale was conducted in collaboration with Greenway Realty Group. The brokerage is led by John Federico, who has recently partnered with Ryan Quinn and specializes in multifamily sales across Boston.
