Groupon Re-Commits at 330K-SF Facility Near Cincinnati

Chicago-based Groupon Inc. renewed its roughly 330,000-square-foot lease at 1081 Aviation Blvd. in Hebron, KY, near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The five-year deal runs until 2023 at Prologis Park Airpark, a 492,500-square-foot building.

The facility has served as the hub of Groupon’s direct North American Goods business since 2013, which has shipped more than 20 million units to customers in the U.S. and Canada. The company offers steep discounts on such items as flat-screen TVs, sunglasses and kitchen gear.

Groupon Goods of North America’s Andrew Bowerman says that “the fulfillment center is a key piece of the broader Goods shipping and logistics network.” That is comprised of various third-party and drop ship sites around the U.S.

CBRE’s Mike Lowe and Tim Schenke represented Groupon in the lease.
