Group RMC Acquires Four-Building Memphis Office Portfolio

An affiliate of New York-based Group RMC has acquired a four-building office portfolio in Memphis.

The four buildings total 391,297 square feet of office space and are located inside Lenox Park, a seven-building office park. The portfolio is currently 86% leased to a tenant roster that includes Varsity Brands, IMC Companies, Unified Health Systems, Trinity Meyer Utility Structures, W.M. Barr & Co., American Car Center, Benefit Recovery Group, and Pickering.

Johnny Lamberson, Terry Radford, Justin Parsonnet, and Will Yowell of CBRE represented the seller, HighBrook Investors, in the transaction. Highbrook purchased the portfolio in 2012. A team from CBRE has been assigned the office leasing and property management services for the portfolio.
