Groundbreaking Takes Place for 62-Acre Valley Grove

St. John Properties hosted a groundbreaking on its 62-acre, mixed-use development in Pleasant Grove, UT. Upon buildout, the project will offer 1-million-square-feet of office, retail, restaurant and hospitality space at Pleasant Grove Boulevard, near Interstate 15.

St. John Properties, headquartered in Baltimore, MD, already launched construction on the $250 million project, which will offer a hotel, six office buildings, eight retail buildings and 10 pad sites. Buildout is anticipated to take approximately four more years. Construction crews are working on a six-story office building called Grove Tower, which has a January 2018 estimated completion date. Also under construction are two retail buildings.

The project is meant to serve the area between Lehi and Provo, UT. “Strong amenities, good restaurants and office space weren’t being offered,” St. John Properties’ Daniel Thomas told KSL.com.
