Groundbreaking Date Nears for Richmond’s 200K-SF Grand at Aliana

Groundbreaking is fast approaching for the 200,000-square-foot Grand at Aliana, a regional commercial and retail development at West Airport Boulevard and Grand Parkway/SH 99 in Richmond, TX. NewQuest Properties is the developer.

The current tenant lineup includes 24 Hour Fitness, Burlington, Ross Dress for Less, Michaels, Petco, Ulta Beauty, Five Below, Bath & Body Works and Sketchers. Out-parcels have been ground-leased to McDonald’s, Jason’s Deli, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Timewise and Express Oil. Baylor St. Luke’s new urgent and primary care clinic will be a single-tenant building on a ground-leased one-acre pad site fronting the Grand Parkway.

Situated on 57 acres, the project is adjacent to a Target-anchored center, which opened in late 2017. NewQuest’s Josh Friedlander and David Meyers are handling leasing. The center is part of the 2,000-acre Aliana master-planned community.

Connect Texas Multifamily Conference is just around the corner — but there is still time to register for this Aug. 15 event! For information and to register, click here.
