Ground Breaks on 300K-SF AmerisourceBergen Regional HQ

Billingsley Co. launched construction on the 300,000-square-foot regional headquarters for international healthcare company AmerisourceBergen. The 30-acre campus in Carrollton, TX’s Austin Ranch will house 3,000 employees when it opens in 2018. The headquarters, designed by Gensler, will be south of SH 121, and will house the AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group.

The company will join Freddie Mac, Quest, Sanyo, Orthofix and Edward Don with offices in the 1,700-acre, mixed-use Austin Ranch development located in the Far North Dallas submarket. Austin Ranch, which is being developed by Billingsley Co., also has residential properties, as well as office, industrial and retail product.
