Ground Breaks on Inwood Village Business Park

Commercial real estate developer Worth & Associates has begun construction on a new office project, the Inwood Village Business Park. The two-phase development is situated in North San Antonio, with the 77,000-square-foot building one at 2722 W. Bitters Rd.; the second building, measuring 72,000 square feet, will be developed later.

The two-story building currently under development will offer 23 office suites ranging from 1,500-3,000 square feet. Also available will be four larger suites measuring from 4,500 -11,000-square feet. Shawn Gulley and Rob Gish with Worth & Associates will lease the spaces, which are expected to be ready by December 2018.

Worth & Associates’ Clint Worth indicated that the office suites will be move-in ready rather than in shell condition, and would be ideal for smaller entrepreneurs who “don’t want to commit to the initial investment or long-term lease that goes along with building out an office space.”
