Ground Breaks on Hunter Medical Plaza

Kogut Commercial Real Estate and Mittman Real Estate are beginning to go north on Hunter Medical Plaza, a 26,000-square-foot medical office building in San Marcos, TX.  The developers anticipate the property at 2202 Hunter Rd. to deliver in Q4 2018. As previously reported, Transwestern will handle the leasing.

The building is 38% pre-leased to MedFirst Primary Care, which is part of the BHS Physicians Network. The property has 16,000 square feet available for lease, and offers shell or build-out options using high-quality architecture. Also provided is ample parking for physicians and patients, as well as signage opportunities.
