Ground Breaks on Orlando’s 350-Unit Modera Central

Developer Mill Creek Residential launched construction on the 350-unit Modera by Mill Creek, Central. The multifamily project with a retail component is at Rosalind Avenue and East Central Boulevard, on a lot that once was the site of the University Club of Orlando, FL The University Club sold the site to Mill Creek.

In addition to adding 12,500 square feet of ground retail space to the residential asset, Dallas-based Mill Creek will redevelop the University Club. The 27-story structure will include 25,000 square feet dedicated to the club, spread over four floors. Completion is anticipated for fall, 2018.
