Ground Breaks on 319-Unit Boardwalk Lofts

Sueba USA Corp. launched construction on Boardwalk Lofts, a 319-unit apartment complex on Lakeview Way, in the Katy Boardwalk District. Sueba Construction is the general contractor, and Sueba Consulting Inc. is the architect.

The grand opening is anticipated for mid-2020 and, according to Sueba, will be geared toward working professionals looking for a work-life balance. The apartment complex will offer one, two and three-bedroom units, ranging from 480 to 2,087 square feet. Amenities will include two resort-style pools, an outdoor cabana, grilling areas, resident lounge and a fitness and business center.

The 169-acre Katy Boardwalk District is a mixed-use, lakefront development at Kingsland Boulevard and Katy Fort Bend Road, South of Interstate 10. Boardwalk Lofts will be the first of two multifamily projects Sueba is developing at the project.
