Ground Breaks on 286-Unit Hub 121 at Craig Ranch

Developer Seneca Investments has broken ground on Hub 121 at Craig Ranch, a 286-unit apartment complex in McKinney, TX. The residential project at 7201 Hennerman Way is part of the $22-million, 22-acre Hub 121 mixed-use development, situated north of SH 121 in the far north Dallas suburb.

KWA Construction is the general contractor for the apartment project. Domus Studio Group is the designer. The development, expected to be completed in December 2020, will include a resident-only co-working center, high-tech fitness center, resort-style salt-water infinity pool, bocce ball court, several dog parks and two dog spas.

Hub 121, the mixed-use development, is being built at Alma Road, at the entrance to the 2,200-acre Craig Ranch master-planned community.
