Ground Breaks on 109K-SF Crown Centre

Bright Realty has begun construction on Crown Centre in Castle Hills. The 109,000-square-foot, four-story office building is on SH 121 and Carrollton Parkway in the master-planned Castle Hills development in Lewisville, TX. The project’s first phase will deliver in summer 2020.

Crown Centre will offer easy access to Bright Realty’s The Realm at Castle Hills, a 324-acre, mixed-use development that holds office, retail, multifamily and outdoor event space. The Realm, also under construction, will begin delivering in October.

Other development partners include master-plan architect 505Design; civil engineer and landscape architect LandDesign; general contractor Hill & Wilkinson; and lender Prosperity Bank.
