Grosvenor Names Avison Young as Union Square Leasing Agent
Property developer, owner and investor Grosvenor has awarded Avison Young as the exclusive listing agent for office space of four, boutique mixed-use properties located in San Francisco’s Union Square. The portfolio’s ground-floor retail tenants include Dior, Gucci and The RealReal.
The Avison Young team of Kelly Glass, Sean McCallum, William O’Daly and Melinda Ta will be targeting small- to mid-sized companies seeking office space that is convenient to public transit as well as retail and dining amenities. Some of those potential tenants include venture capital, insurance and architecture companies.
“We are looking forward to creating additional value for Grosvenor as well as negotiating favorable leases for these ideally located and well-managed properties,” said Glass.
The assets include 214 Grant Avenue, a four-story, 31,000-square-foot building; 240 Stockton Street, 10-stories, 40,000 square feet; 170 Grant Avenue (pictured), six-stories, 25,000 square feet and 251 Post Street, six-stories, 37,000 square feet.
