Grosvenor Debuts Silver Spring MXU

Connect Apartments is planned for September 28th in Los Angeles. Here’s where to get more information and register.

Grosvenor Americas opened Central, an amenity-rich residential community in downtown Silver Spring, MD. The six-story LEED Silver mixed-use property offers 243 rental homes, as well as 15,000 square feet of street level retail at 8455 Fenton St.

“Spring is very well suited for a residence like Central,” said Grosvenor’s Jon Carr. “In the past few years, this area has stepped out of Washington, DC’s shadow and grown into a hotspot of entertainment, music dining and retail—so we seized an opportunity to create an active and exciting residential offering to match.”

Central offers a mix of studio, one-and two-bedroom apartment homes, finished in an airy, modern design. Residents will have access to amenities including a pool and sundeck, entertainment lounge, expansive 24-hour fitness center, pet spa, and three separate and uniquely varied outdoor terraces.
