Griffin Partners Starts 203K-SF Spec Industrial Development in Spring Hill
Griffin Partners is underway with Saturn Crossing, a two-building, 202,858-square-foot industrial complex in the Nashville submarket of Spring Hill, TN.
Each building will be a101,429 square feet and have 32’ clear heights, 50 x 60’ column spacing, 60’ speed bays, 180’ truck courts and 1.0 parking space per 1,000 square foot as well as trailer spaces for specific tenants.
According to Griffin, Spring Hill was selected due to the lack of industrial zoned land in Nashville.
“Neighboring Williamson County to the north is virtually at capacity and extremely difficult to rezone for new industrial development,” said Travis Covington, president of Griffin Partners Development. “The logical next step is south to Maury County, and the location with a quarter mile of frontage along Saturn Parkway has excellent visibility while providing immediate access to the rooftops of Williamson County as well as the Nashville MSA via I-65 to the east and I-840 to the north.”
