Gridline Properties has represented both the seller and buyer in the $18.2-million sale of Ebb & Flow, a retail strip center in Miami, FL. The property is comprised of two buildings on two lots measuring 32,000 square feet and 81,224 square feet, respectively, and located at 8200 NE 2nd Avenue and 201 NE 82nd St Street.

Alfredo Riascos of Gridline Properties represented the seller, River Esquinas, LLC, as well as the buyer, Big Move Properties, in the all cash-deal. Gridline Properties had previously provided the property’s leasing services.

Ebb & Flow property sits in Little River’s Uptown District, one of Miami’s emerging neighborhoods. The strip houses Primal Fit, Eyebrow King, La Santa Taqueria, Salon Dahlia, Tran An Vietnamese Eatery, and Off Site Nano-brewery & Kitchen. Additionally, the T6-8-O zoning for the property allows for the future development of 280 residential units for the possibility of a mixed-use space.
