Greystone Secures Refi for Chisholm Trail Apartments
Greystone closed a bridge loan debt placement and preferred equity component to refinance a 248-unit multifamily property in Fort Worth, The Barcelona on Chisholm Trail. The property is within the 600-acre master-planned community of Chisholm Trail Ranch.
Greystone’s Lance Wright, Thomas Wayda and Dante Distefano originated the financing, which totals $22.9 million. Matthew Zisle secured the preferred equity on behalf of the client, MBP Capital Partners. Greystone’s financing package includes a $19.5 million 3-year bridge loan provided by a privately held debt fund and $3.35 million in preferred equity from Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds.
Built in 1982, Barcelona on Chisholm is a 17-building community spanning over 10 acres of land. Its amenities include a pool, playground, business and fitness center and clubhouse. Nine miles south of Downtown Fort Worth, Chisholm Trail Ranch occupies 625 acres along the original trail.
