Greystone Renews at 505 Eighth Ave.

Greystone Management Solutions has renewed its 7,400-square-foot lease on the third floor of 505 Eighth Ave., in Manhattan’s Midtown.

“Greystone Management Solutions is a perfect example of the strong mix of tenants at 505 Eighth Avenue,” noted Allen Gurevich, managing director of Newmark Holdings, which represented the landlord. Greystone was advised by Newmark Knight Frank.

Built in 1926, the 25-story, 275,000-square-foot building is close to Penn Station, Port Authority Station and several major subway lines.
