Greystone Real Estate Advisors Lands New Leadership
A new leadership team has joined Greystone Real Estate Advisors. Jeffery Daniels has assumed the role of president, and David Sperling has joined as chief administrative officer, reporting directly to Daniels. Outgoing president Jim McDevitt will remain at Greystone through the transition as an advisor.
Based in New York, Daniels joins Greystone from Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, where he most recently served as SVP of the platform and its scale across North America. Sperling, based in Southern California, also joins from IPA, where he served as VP.
Steve Rosenberg, CEO and founder of Greystone, credited McDevitt’s “unwavering stewardship” for Greystone Real Este Advisors’ growth. “At the same time, I welcome Jeffery and David to the fold and have nothing but the brightest expectations for where they will take GREA in the future,” he said.
