Greystone Provides $18M Refi for Brooklyn MF Property 

Greystone has provided an $18.3 million Fannie Mae loan to refinance a 154-unit multifamily property in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. 

Located at 400 Herkimer Street, the property is a six-story residential building with studios to three-bedroom apartments.  

Anthony Cristi at Greystone originated the fixed-rate financing with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization.
