Greystone Promotes Eric Welby to CFO
Greystone has promoted Eric Welby to chief financial officer. He will contribute to the firm’s conventional and alternative financing platforms, while also serving as advisor to the Greystone’s executive leadership team.
With 16 years of experience at Greystone, Welby possesses a deep understanding of the company’s diverse lending, servicing, and investment businesses. In his previous roles as deputy CFO and chief accounting officer, he played a vital role in ensuring accounting practices, enhancing financial reporting transparency, leveraging technology for increased departmental efficiency, and driving innovation within the organization. Prior to joining Greystone in 2007, Welby worked as a Senior Associate at BDO USA LLP.
