Greystone LIHTC Platform Adds New CIO, COO 

Greystone has appointed Sarah Laubinger as Chief Operating Officer and Todd Jones as Chief Investment Officer for its Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Syndication Platform. Both executives report to Greg Voyentzie, Chief Executive Officer of the Platform known as Greystone Real Estate Capital. 

Laubinger, with over 25 years of experience at Boston Financial, brings a wealth of knowledge in affordable housing production. Jones, with 19 years of experience, has been involved in raising over $11 billion for tax-advantaged investment funds. Both executives will focus on growing Greystone Real Estate Capital to support the preservation and new construction of affordable housing communities across the U.S.
