Greystone Launches Sales on Condo Conversion of UWS Hotel

Greystone Development has hired Alexa Lambert at Stribling Marketing Associates to lead sales at its condominium conversion of The Marbury at 164 W. 74th St. on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

The eight-story property in the Central Park West Historic District was originally built in 1901 as a luxury hotel. Prices range from $2.85 million for a one-bedroom and range up to $7 million for the two duplex penthouses.

Greystone developed The Marbury in a joint venture with Prime Rok Real Estate. The residential condo conversion began in 2016 with the approval of New York City’s Landmarks Preservation Commission.

“The property showcases Greystone’s ability to preserve and amplify landmarked New York City buildings,” said Thomas Ryan, head of Greystone Development. “We are thrilled we were able to realize our vision for this property in cooperation with our partners.”

The Connect Apartments Conference will take place June 20, 2019 in Los Angeles. For more information, or to register, click here.
