Greystone Expands to North Texas, Taps Todd Franks to Lead

New York-based Greystone expanded its full-service multifamily investment sales and advisory capabilities to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, forming a partnership with SVN | Investment Sales Group. Rebranded as Greystone | Investment Sales Group, the new addition brings a 12-person team under the Greystone umbrella, led by CRE veteran Todd Franks. Franks has the title of Managing Director/Founding Principal for the Dallas office.

Franks founded the SVN office in 2014, following a career at Cantrell Co. & Partners. Throughout his nearly two-decade career, Franks and his team have driven more than $1.4 billion in sales transactions.

The North Texas partnership is Greystone’s third in the Lone Star State. In 2018, Greystone joined forces with the National Apartment Advisors team in Houston. Two years earlier, Greystone entered Texas by hanging its shingle in Austin.
