Greystone Expands in Austin

Greystone’s Real Estate Advisors group expanded its Austin presence, hiring Joe James and Kent Myers to help the New York City-based company broaden its footprint in the Lone Star State. James and Myers join Greystone as managing directors, coming from Marcus & Millichap.

Greystone already has a presence in Texas’ capital city, through the company’s lending arm. “We are seeing increased need for not just a qualified sales advisor, but for a team of experts who can help guide real estate investors in how to expand their portfolios and provide the means for them to do so, and we are happy to be a ‘one-stop-shop’ in this way,” said Greystone President Jim McDevitt.
