Greystone Brown Brokers $21M Sale of Atlanta MF Property

Greystone Brown Real Estate Advisors has arranged the $20.7 million sale of a 328-unit Southwest Atlanta multifamily property comprised of two separate phases.

The property consists of 1890 House and 1895 Plaza, located at 1890 Myrtle Dr., as well as Adams House, located at 2280 Campbellton Rd. SW. The property is a provider of affordable workforce housing, with a resident base of market-rate and voucher-based Section 8 tenants. The property was built in 1969 along the Campbellton Road Corridor in Southwest Atlanta, and consists of all-brick low-rise multifamily structures.

Greystone Brown represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Barden Brown, Cory Caroline Sams and Taylor Brown of CF Real Estate Services advised the buyer, David Stern Investment.
