Greystone Brown Arranges $43M Sale of Sandy Springs MF Property
Greystone Brown Real Estate Advisors has arranged the $43.4 million sale of ReNew Sandy Springs, a 219-unit multifamily property in Sandy Springs.
Located in Atlanta’s Fulton County, the property consists of 219 units. Amenities include a pool, fitness center and playground.
Chandler Brown, Cory Caroline Sams, Taylor Brown, Walter Miller, Jim Jarrell and Barden Brown of Greystone Brown brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, FPA Multifamily. In addition, the team also secured a $34,000,000 bridge loan for the buyer, 29th Street Capital.
