Greystone Appoints Blake Okland CRO

Greystone has appointed Blake Okland as chief revenue officer to expand its multifamily financing offerings and investor relationships.

Formerly vice chairman and head of multifamily investment sales at Newmark, Okland increased transaction volume from $9 billion to $45 billion. He will leverage Greystone’s capabilities and strategic joint venture with Cushman & Wakefield. With extensive industry relationships and a strategic vision, he aims to combine Greystone’s resources and services to meet the needs of sponsors, large or small.

“Blake is a known leader in the multifamily industry – a true dealmaker and market mover, and we are so thrilled that he is joining to scale our unique offerings, as well as our combined strengths with Cushman & Wakefield,” said Steve Rosenberg, CEO of Greystone, and to whom Okland reports. “With Blake’s strategic vision, relationships, and leadership, Greystone will be propelled forward as a household name.”
